Your RoleWe are in search of a motivated, imaginative, and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to become a part of our team. In this position, you will primarily oversee the Granada and Sevilla markets, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to acquire practical experience in the vacation rental sector and contribute to the rapid expansion of our organization.
Your Responsibilities- Oversee and evaluate cleaning and maintenance schedules and performance.
- Conduct inspections for cleaning and maintenance.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies in our warehouses.
- Ensure a safe working environment and foster positive team dynamics.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Guarantee that our guests enjoy the finest experience during their stay.
- Engage with suppliers, oversee visits, and gather quotations.
- Maintain interactive communication with the support center for customer service solutions.
- Handle other day-to-day operational tasks.
- Coordinate site operations effectively.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the tourism sector (preferably in food and beverage services or customer service).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Capability to engage with various levels of personnel, both internally and externally.
- A self-starter with a creative mindset, willing to support growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to change.
- A passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic, and energetic approach.
