As a Bell And Door Attendant at Fairmont Pittsburgh, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. Your role will involve executing curbside check-in, maintaining the lobby area, and assisting guests with luggage and other requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to arriving guests and bid farewell to departing guests
  • Execute curbside check-in and maintain the lobby area
  • Assist guests with luggage and secured luggage storage
  • Escorts guests to their destinations within the hotel
  • Assist the front office team with check-ins/outs as needed
  • Review daily reports and group resumes to ensure execution of all special requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a luxury property is an asset
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with great communication ability
  • Ability to prioritize and execute guest requests through strong organizational skills
