As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications plan that fosters a culture of open communication and innovation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan that includes process mapping, employee engagement, and leadership messaging.
- Provide timely and meaningful information to employees through various channels, including online platforms and face-to-face discussions.
- Foster an environment of open communication and innovation within the company, building trust and brand advocacy among employees.
- Coordinate regional best practice sharing for internal communication within Nissan.
- Create leadership messages and conduct regular face-to-face discussions and information sessions with top executives and employees.
- Coordinate with various departments to extend the level of business understanding among employees.
- Ensure high levels of employee motivation through brand experience activities and clear brand direction understanding.
- Coordinate with HR and GPTW teams to develop communication campaigns that increase internal employee trust in the organization and its goals.
- Restructure and maintain the Nissan Insider portal as a true engagement tool within the company.
