Job Description

**About the Role**

Ethikos is seeking an experienced professional to lead our manufacturing operations as a Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement site strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
    • Ensure the site organization is motivated and aligned with business objectives.
    • Contribute to business planning from an operations perspective, ensuring site capabilities and constraints are considered.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee all manufacturing activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and standardization.
    • Ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, produced, and shipped in line with corporate quality standards.
    • Develop and manage the annual manufacturing and logistics budget.
    • Ensure production efficiency and manage assets to maintain integrity and compliance with safety management frameworks.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Manage stock and distribution of finished goods through third-party logistics providers.
    • Ensure adherence to standard processes and cost budgets, aligning with local plans.
    • Oversee effective stock management and control slow-moving and obsolete items.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to all company directives, rules, and procedures regarding personal conduct, HSE, and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs.
    • Implement and operate the Safety Common Platform and involve all employees in safety improvement plans.
    • Establish a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and adherence to company values.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead change and build a high-performance culture on site.
    • Coach, mentor, and develop the site management team.
    • Ensure HR processes are followed, and objectives are set for team members.
    • Strengthen the talent pipeline through development, succession planning, and monitoring retention risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in operations and supply chain management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced English language skills.
