Position Overview:

About VMware by Broadcom Professional Services:

Our team possesses extensive experience, best practices, and proven methodologies in VCF technology, enabling customers to mitigate risks and complexities while achieving predictable outcomes. We assist clients from strategy development and roadmap creation to architecture, deployment, integration, and operational management, facilitating quicker realization of desired outcomes.

Our experts work collaboratively with clients to architect, deploy, integrate, and operationalize solutions across the VMware by Broadcom portfolio, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the business value of Private Cloud solutions to senior executives and collaborate with IT leadership to establish a strategic vision and prioritized initiatives.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, developing a comprehensive plan that encompasses people, processes, and technology.
  • Leverage principles such as embedded observability and automation to guide operational teams in delivering efficient platform services aligned with business outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, merging strategy development, thought leadership, and IT transformation support into a cohesive delivery role.

Daily Activities:

  • Collaborate with sales and customers to outline transformation journeys and delivery roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the scope and support of transformation sales opportunities, crafting high-quality business cases and statements of work.
  • Analyze customer practices and operational models, defining improvement roadmaps and assisting with the implementation of best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at driving customer outcomes and influencing business and IT strategies through our consulting services.
  • Promote awareness of Transformation Consulting Portfolio Services and delivery best practices.
  • Design and implement modern practices utilizing recognized frameworks such as ITIL, DevOps, SCRUM, and Agile.
  • Support team development through training, collaboration, and sharing of best practices.
  • Maintain a high-level technical understanding of the VMware product line and stay informed about future product directions.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic account teams, sales leadership, and executive staff to enhance awareness of Transformation Consulting services.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role.
