About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our BCG X team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI solutions that drive business value for our clients.

As an AI Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored AI solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for the full analytics value-chain, from framing new business challenges to implementing and deploying scalable solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data analytics, and AI. You will be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative AI solutions that drive business value for our clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored AI solutions
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers
  • Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share software design and solution ideas
Requirements
  • Strong background in software development, data analytics, and AI
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
