Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our BCG X team in Madrid, Spain. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust and maintainable software using AI and machine learning algorithms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers
  • Lead conferences and workshops on behalf of BCG X
Requirements:
  • Strong background in software development and AI/ML
  • Experience in guiding non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
