Your expertise in Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL will be invaluable in driving our technical initiatives forward.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on large-scale applications and new platforms that redefine how insurance products are developed and delivered. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features and products that meet user needs and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Participate in designing and developing new features and products that align with user needs and business goals
* Identify, plan, and lead technical initiatives to improve the platform as a whole
* Lead the implementation of critical parts within a domain team
* Mentor junior team members and write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
* Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive development process and product outcome
