We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, People Analytics to join our Celonis team. As a key member of our People & Culture organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving insights and strategic actions based on HR data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate data flow for company-wide People & Culture reporting
- Configure and maintain the Workday People Analytics module and drive the tool's adoption
- Build dashboards and organizational health reports for People Business Partners
- Support and/or run deep-dive analyses on specific HR topics
- Conduct advanced data analysis, and identify patterns and trends in people data
- Create data visualizations and use data storytelling techniques to inform decision-making on people topics
- Co-create the People Analytics strategy, manage strategic people projects, and take on an active role in the evolution from a reporting function to an analytics and insights-driven motion
- Implement best practices in People Analytics and stay current with industry trends
Requirements:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Analysis, People Strategy, or a related field
- Advanced skills in Workday, with experience in data structures, reporting, and People Analytics in the Workday suite
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders (including senior management)
- Strong understanding of HR practices, principles, and trends
- Hands-on mentality, independent way of working, high reliability and ability to work in an international team
- Business fluency in English, both written and oral
