About the Role
As a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist at Empresa Reconocida, you will play a critical role in supporting our outsourced clients by delivering high-quality payroll implementations and customizations that meet Alight best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement easy-to-maintain payroll systems and processes that ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide detailed documentation on payroll issues handled, including technical and functional explanations.
- Manage daily priorities and project deadlines to ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages.
- Regularly report on status and progress to the Team/Project Manager and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of HR and SAP HR architecture to provide expert guidance on payroll implementations.
- Respect project timelines and ensure the proper delivery of assigned work package implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Participate in at least 3-project rollouts.
- Strong interest in delivering high-quality payroll support and implementation in the field of Human Resources.
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Commitment to the customer, the team, and the project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
- German language skills and Swiss and/or German payroll knowledge is a plus.
