About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Productivity and Automation Specialist to join our team at Claire Joster. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and improving efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures for technological projects, ensuring impeccable execution and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards, prioritizing safety and quality in all aspects of project delivery.
  • Lead the delivery of assigned projects, focusing on electrical and automation topics, with the ability to adapt to changing site needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering or equivalent degree, with a preference for Electronic Engineering or similar.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar position, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and a strong background in automation and electrical systems.
  • Specific knowledge:
    • Fully certified to carry out relevant maintenance activities, with licenses, permits, and qualifications.
    • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Detailed knowledge of HMI and control platforms, including high-level troubleshooting and documentation.
    • Experience with HMI platforms such as Emerson DeltaV and PLC-based platforms (Siemens).
    • Ability to develop and diagnose programming at Siemens and Delta V.
    • Advanced level of operation and maintenance of process instruments.
    • Experience and knowledge in the operation and maintenance of process equipment typical of the chemical industry.
