Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions for customers, including tenders and projects.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values in all customer interactions, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction and implement necessary improvements to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer service goals, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively and manage time effectively.
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
