Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional user experience by creating the best possible YAZIO experience for our daily active users
  • Lead and develop the User Success Team, overseeing training, hiring, and performance management to maintain high service standards
  • Develop and manage User Success operations, ensuring global customers receive timely and effective assistance
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, such as first reply time, CSAT, and more, implementing strategies for continuous improvement
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous learning within the User Success Department
