Job Title: Senior Enterprise Transformation Consultant

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business transformation in large organizations? Do you have a strong understanding of enterprise IT and cloud computing? We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Transformation Consultant to join our team at Empresa Reconocida.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our enterprise transformation initiatives. As a Senior Enterprise Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business drivers and develop strategies to transform their organization and IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate C-level executives and business decision-makers on organizational transformation challenges and best practices.
  • Develop and execute enterprise cloud strategies with customer stakeholders.
  • Define and execute on enterprise operating models for AWS and drive buy-in across complex organizational structures.
  • Introduce mechanisms for wide-scale adoption, such as Cloud and DevOps enablement functions, Centers of Excellence, and enterprise reskilling models.
  • Execute on the strategy by orchestrating scaling teams, including Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Technical Account Managers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of IT Transformation experience in customer-facing roles or CTO/technology-related leadership/executive positions.
  • 3+ years driving change or transformation programs using the cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise IT, including strategy, enterprise architecture, governance, operations, Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE), Software Development Life Cycle, and DevOps.
  • Expert level ability in managing executive relationships within a customer organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong written communication skills; business proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish.
