Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Technical Vision: Develop and communicate the technical vision of the project, ensuring it aligns with the team's and company's objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Guide the development team towards achieving this vision, providing technical and motivational support.
  • Design and Architecture: Define the system's structure, its components, and how they interact to ensure the software is robust and scalable.
  • Code Review: Examine the source code written by developers to identify errors and ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Be the point of reference for resolving the most complex technical challenges faced by the team.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support the professional development of team members, helping them acquire new technical skills.
  • Project Management: Coordinate the different phases of the project, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technological trends and apply them to improve processes and products.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in High Voltage Battery System development.
  • Organization of cross-functional groups in technical development.
  • Aeronautic High Voltage Systems Engineering.
  • Previous Technical Project Management experience.
  • Completion of a project from Concept Development to Production.
