Pernod Ricard España is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee to join its Ops Finance Business Analyst team in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Monthly Performance Analysis: Adapt and create monthly performance analysis on the industrial activity to share with ops teams and top management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate monthly reporting and analysis of plant production costs, ensuring integrity of the information provided and facilitating plants control of their budget.
- Variance Analysis: Provide a monthly analysis of variances vs Budget and participate in monthly follow-up meetings with industrial and logistics teams.
- Dashboard Updates: Update Dashboards and PL reports.
- Quarterly KPIs Reports: Produce quarterly group operations KPIs reports.
- Financial Reforecast: Contribute to quarterly financial reforecast and construction of annual standard costs.
- New Costs Assumptions: Analyze new costs assumptions, consolidate and review of teams' information.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of data reported in the affiliate EPM.
- Transformation Journey: Participate in the transformation journey of the finance and company.
- Automated BI Reports: Help develop and implement new automated BI reports to improve team efficiency and customer service to Ops.
- Process Review: Review processes with the whole business analysis team.
- Transversal Projects: Participate in transversal projects in relation to the area.
- Marketing Support: Provide support to marketing teams in New product development Business cases.
- Annual Audit: Give support in the Annual external Audit.
Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent or senior student about to graduate.
Language Skills: Fluent in English & Spanish.
Competencies: Good comprehension of financial processes (Budgeting, financial closure, reporting). Solid Excel competencies, basic skills in BI. General readiness to leverage new technologies.
Personal Qualities: Analytical mind with an attention to detail and data accuracy. Autonomy, sense of organization & anticipation, and proactivity. Enthusiasm, curiosity and continuous improvement mindset. Team player and relationship builder: capacity to develop trustful relationships and integrate well with your team. Commitment with a will to learn while discovering new topics.
