Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Generation Business Intelligence Analyst Trainee to join our Pulse team at Radisson Blu. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the development and implementation of our Revenue Management BI Platform, providing high-quality data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing source data and defining business needs to inform data-driven decisions
  • Model data and write efficient queries to feed dashboards and reports
  • Take an active role in data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities to enhance business performance

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a school program in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Eligible to conduct a traineeship in Europe (visa/permit already obtained)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in database systems, including SQL, and able to write efficient code
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
