We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Trainee to join our team at Radisson Blu. As a Business Intelligence Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of business partnering functions to facilitate and develop actionable recommendations based on business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Management Activities: Assist in project management activities related to Data & Analytics, including content preparation and follow-up activities.
- Report Implementation: Create and maintain required Business Intelligence reports and dashboards, working with the Business Intelligence team to improve data quality and automation, and prototype new reports and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Support Business Partner: Support the Business Intelligence Business Partner in their duties and ad-hoc analysis.
- End-User Training: Provide coaching and training for end-users regarding Business Intelligence tools.
- Project Management Knowledge: Knowledge about project management procedures and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with analytics background and knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse) and data exploitation techniques.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Experience developing reports in SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Power BI, AFO, and/or Analysis for Excel, with working knowledge of Alteryx and/or Power Automate.
- Soft Skills: Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues, organized and effective, strong influencing and communication skills, critical thinker, strategic thinker, change management, motivated individual, and ability to maintain a favorable working relationship with all teams.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to collaborate and work remotely.
- Independence and Prioritization: Ability to work independently and set priorities.
