We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Affinity Petcare. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing innovative marketing strategies for our flagship brand, Ultima.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business diagnosis and analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with brand vision and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Manage and control project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Marketing, Digital, Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing.
- Experience in consumer products is a plus.
- Digital Marketing knowledge and experience in defining digital assets for the brand.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Nielsen preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages such as French or Italian a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
