Market and Regulatory Manager – Packages

Lastminute Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Market and Regulatory Manager to join our Packages value stream in the Marketplace area. This role will drive and coordinate the geographical expansion of Dynamic Packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance across markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage and coordinate the opening of new markets and websites
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Provide competitor and market insight to contribute towards growth strategy
  • Ensure regulatory compliance related to selling packages across Europe (licenses, renewals, reporting, pricing, and funnel compliance)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, tourism)
  • Solid project management and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferred basic understanding of Package Travel Regulations
  • Fluency in multiple languages is preferred
  • Open & willing to travel for work
  • Experience in working in OTA/Tour operator environment
