Fraud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Specialist to join our team at American Express. As a Fraud Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers and minimizing potential losses to the company.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize fraud management techniques and tools to review existing accounts and identify potential fraudulent activity.
- Investigate allegations of fraud, provide counseling to victims, and perform identity restoration duties.
- Deliver world-class customer service, offer custom solutions, and negotiate positive outcomes for customers and American Express.
- Ensure company compliance with regulations and maintain sensitive customer information.
- Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Fluent French language skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in a business environment.
- Ability to remain positive and calm in difficult situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and resourcefulness skills.
