**Job Summary**

As a Senior Field Test Engineer at Samsung, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our mobile network services. This involves conducting thorough testing and validation of our network infrastructure, including GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, IMS, and 5G technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct quality assurance testing on live networks to ensure seamless user experience
  • Perform field tests on mobile devices and accessories, including radio/audio performance tests and software verification
  • Collaborate with QA and R&D Engineers across global locations to discuss defects, interpret technical reports, and analyze network logs
  • Develop and manage test project schedules, contribute to progress reports, and stay up-to-date with new features and techniques in mobile devices and networks
  • Travel globally for business, including to Korea, Europe, and other regions
  • Create test cases based on local test environments and validate Voice-activated Artificial Intelligence features
  • Develop automation scripts using Python language

**Requirements**

  • Fluent written and spoken English and native Spanish language
  • Ability to make decisions, work independently, and organize workload
  • High self-motivation and ability to work alone, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
  • Approachable, flexible, team-oriented, and self-assertive
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office Excel
  • Good understanding of documentation requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of GSM-UMTS-LTE-5G Networks and applications infrastructure
  • Engineering background in telecommunications field is an advantage
  • Strong log analytical skills and Python language for automation are recommended
