About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact internal departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty to Marriott International.
  • Determine and provide complimentary items to guests as a gesture of appreciation for their patronage.
  • Promote awareness of the Marriott International brand image internally and externally.
  • Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
  • Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely.
