Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Director to lead our compliance-related activities in Spain and provide support to other European markets as needed. As a key member of the Global Corporate Compliance Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations and developing and implementing Regeneron's compliance program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Refine Compliance Policies
Develop and refine compliance policies that integrate appropriate healthcare, corporate, and other compliance controls to guide Regeneron's Spanish operations.
Design and Deliver Compliance TrainingDesign and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for employees and third parties, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance principles and industry codes.
Provide Proactive Risk Management and Compliance SupportProvide proactive risk management and compliance support, collaborating with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Provide Compliance-Related Advice and OversightProvide timely and comprehensive compliance-related advice and oversight on new and existing initiatives, including interactions with the healthcare community, ensuring alignment with Regeneron's policies.
Stay Informed of Emerging Industry TrendsStay informed of emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.
Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring TeamCollaborate closely with the compliance monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local industry codes while addressing potential risks optimally.
Requirements
- Deep Understanding of European Compliance Laws
A deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice governing the biopharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Health Compliance RolesAt least 7+ years in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Collaborative Leadership SkillsA collaborative leader with a high degree of teamwork, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and work independently.
Creative Problem-Solving SkillsA creative problem-solver, comfortable making strong decisions and designing creative solutions to support the development of strategies and implementing solutions swiftly.
