**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement the company's supplier quality strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless supplier quality management.
  • Monitor and control supplier quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Prepare and present executive reports and participate in management review meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (ideally mechanical or electrical engineering).
  • 10 years of experience in supplier quality management, with a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
