Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.
- Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers to achieve financial and business goals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
- Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers.
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in additional European languages a plus.
- Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
