About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Project Management team as Project Management Interns. As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in tracking open actions, conducting data-driven analyses, and identifying process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in tracking open actions and conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide data insights.
  • Analyze processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
  • Contribute innovative long-term solutions beneficial for the entire team.
Key Learning Objectives
  • Develop key success factors to project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex and international environment.
  • Gain skills in data analytics, including extracting and manipulating large datasets, simulation models, and using analytics for driving business decisions.
  • Improve soft skills, including communicating results and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Eligible candidates must be currently in their penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a similar discipline. Highly proficient in spoken and written English is required. Excellent analytical skills, preferably with an advanced level in Microsoft Excel, are also necessary.
