About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our team as Project Management Interns. As a Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on improvement and innovation projects to support the growth of our European network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in tracking open actions and conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide data insights useful for decision-making.
  • Analyse processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities, and anticipate risks.
  • Work with the team to recommend and execute network improvements.
  • Contribute to identifying process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.
Key Learning Objectives
  • Learn key success factors to project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex and international environment.
  • Use advanced project management tools and provide project members with support.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Develop skills to extract and manipulate large and complex datasets, gain insights on simulation models, and master the usage of analytics for driving business decisions and change.

Requirements
  • Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or similar discipline.
  • Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent analytical skills, preferably with advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
