We are currently in search of a Mining Process Engineer to become a vital part of our organization. This position encompasses substantial duties in the design and oversight of mining facilities, which includes developing technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and operational protocols. You will engage in mineralogical assessments and process modeling while gaining proficiency in state-of-the-art mining technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engineering for mining facilities, including specifications for equipment and calculations.
  • Control specifications for installations.
  • Operational guidelines.
  • Management of facility operations.
  • Creation of process flow diagrams and material balances.
  • Conducting mineralogical or mineral processing evaluations, including documentation.
  • Enhancing expertise in technologies employed within the mining sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or Mineralogy.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in metallurgical, hydrometallurgical, or related industrial processes.
  • Expertise in process simulation software (Usimpac or equivalent).
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages (such as French or German) is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in Spain.
