JLL es una empresa líder en servicios profesionales que busca un Project Manager para unirse a su equipo de proyectos en España.
Como Project Manager, serás responsable de gestionar y dirigir proyectos de manera efectiva, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el cliente y el equipo de JLL.
Entre tus responsabilidades se incluyen:
- Gestionar y dirigir proyectos desde la fase de diseño hasta la finalización.
- Realizar seguimiento y propuestas de los proyectos desde una vertiente técnica, planificación, económica y calidad.
- Planificar trabajos y coordinar equipos multidisciplinares.
- Organizar y gestionar reuniones regulares de seguimiento del Proyecto en fase de diseño y obra.
- Preparar Actas de reuniones e Informes periódicos.
- Análisis de ofertas y elaboración de recomendaciones de contratación al cliente.
- Análisis Técnico de Proyectos.
- Análisis y Seguimiento de Costes y Presupuestos.
- Evaluación y gestión de riesgos.
- Seguimiento de la Calidad del Proyecto y Obra.
- Estudios de viabilidad e implantación.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia de al menos 5 años en puesto similar.
- Formación en Ingeniería o Arquitectura.
- Capacidad para la colaboración y trabajo en equipo.
- Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinares.
- Experiencia en el trato directo con clientes.
- Imprescindible buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito.
- Se requiere buen nivel de uso de EXCEL, POWER POINT, PROJECT, TCQ/PRESTO.
