Your Role at Rocket Code:

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Presales Engineer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly will be vital in demonstrating the value of our AI solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored AI solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the advantages of our AI offerings.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and implementation strategies.
  • Work alongside the product development team to relay valuable insights from the field, aiding in product enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
  • Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a presales engineering or similar technical sales position.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong technical foundation and understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical information to varied audiences.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience in creating and delivering impactful product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to assist the sales team in closing deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
