We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant Bank AR/AP to join our team at Axpo Group. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for managing the energy sub-ledgers, accounts receivables, and accounts payables for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Daily Accounting: Oversee the daily accounting of Axpo Group bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  2. Coordinate Bank Transactions: Coordinate and ensure timely booking of all bank transactions, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  3. Clarify and Resolve Open Transactions: Clarify and resolve open banking transactions, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  4. Manage Invoicing and Debtor Master Data: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of energy bills and maintain debtor master data, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  5. Post Energy Vendor Invoices and Execute Payment Runs: Post energy vendor invoices, execute payment runs, and clear GR/IR accounts, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  6. Ensure Correct Netting Settlements and Payments: Ensure correct netting settlements and payments, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
  2. Experience: Practical experience in accounting, with SAP user knowledge.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Excel and other IT skills (MS Office, Hyperion HFM/Tagetik).
  4. Personal Qualities: Strong self-management and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and assertiveness.
  5. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with German at B2 level.
