Job Title: Team Leader AP/AR

Sulzer Chemtech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader AP/AR to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Team Leader AP/AR, you will be responsible for leading the accounts receivable and payable team and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable and payable team to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Shared Service Center to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
