Language Content Specialist, Swedish, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.
Key Responsibilities- Apply expert knowledge of the Swedish language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
Requirements- Fluency in Swedish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
