About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for our distribution products and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for PV, ESS, EV Charging, and other distribution products.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers, installers, and EPCs on technical needs.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the R&D department to solve general problems and develop solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and collect technical data.
  • Conduct product failure analysis and risk assessment.
  • Review and assess risks for pre-sales projects.
  • Coordinate with other service departments to resolve issues and provide technical support.

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of the PV and ESS industry.
  • Experience in PV/ESS products and related products.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and service partners.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level or above); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
