Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Customer Acceptance Operations Manager within Airbus Defence and Space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duties of the role include:

Facilitating the achievement of program goals while ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with both internal and external regulations.
Engaging in the Pre-Acceptance phase to proactively identify any potential risks associated with the Acceptance & Delivery process.
Assisting in the preparation for Acceptance readiness with the Customer prior to the commencement of the Acceptance & Delivery process. Collaborating with the Delivery Centre Multi-Functional Team and the Customer on Acceptance planning.
Overseeing the status of Aircraft documentation and ensuring closure for each milestone.
Leading the coordination and delivery of Aircraft Customer Items.
Fostering a constructive relationship with customers through fair and consistent engagement. Supporting hospitality initiatives with customers during the Acceptance Process. Gathering customer feedback through Satisfaction Surveys, coordinating responses, and following up on related improvement actions. Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing Delivery Centre Performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Education: Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in comparable positions.
- Soft Skills: High adaptability to engage with new topics, business areas, and in a collaborative environment.
- Languages: Proficient in English.
