Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA, or INSIS
- Develop our own systems as a part of internal R&D team
- Design IT solutions and prepare the documentation
- Create unit tests
- Cooperate directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team
Requirements
- Proficiency in French or German at least at B1/B2 level
- At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Java developer
- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, clean code, and best practices
- Understanding of software engineering
- Good command of English (min. B2) and communication skills
- Availability for full-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of software development best practices
- Open to learn new technologies and solutions
- Teamwork skills and experience
- Understanding of design patterns
- Knowledge of Web services (REST/ SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience
