Multilingual Java Developer with Hybrid Work Model

You will work as a Java Developer with the Sollers company, implementing and customizing core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Salesforce, TIA, or INSIS. You will also develop our own systems as a part of the internal R&D team. Your tasks will include designing IT solutions, preparing documentation, creating unit tests, and working directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.
About the Skills and Tools:
You will use Java or Gosu, Git, Jenkins, and similar tools. You will also work with IntelliJ, SOAP, REST, Apex, Oracle, MSSQL, and H2, depending on the project.
About the Requirements:
You need at least 1 year of commercial experience as a software developer, preferably in Java. You must have a good command of the English language at least B2/C1 level and fluency in French or German (B2/C1 level at least). You should have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices. You must also have effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
