Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced.NET developer with SharePoint knowledge to join our team. As a Senior.NET Developer with SharePoint expertise, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation features to streamline and enhance SharePoint sites and workflows via Microsoft's Power Platform Applications. You will collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and develop new sites, pages, and workflows in iterative cycles. You will also gather requirements from end-users and create documentation, develop project plans, user guides, and training materials to facilitate customer understanding and adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation features to streamline and enhance SharePoint sites and workflows via Microsoft's Power Platform Applications
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and develop new sites, pages, and workflows in iterative cycles
  • Gather requirements from end-users and create documentation
  • Develop project plans, user guides, and training materials to facilitate customer understanding and adoption
  • Implement and maintain site permissions structure, site navigation structure, and document management systems
  • Conduct assessments of current-state customer SharePoint environments to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvements
Requirements
  • Over 3 years of experience in.NET technologies (.Net C# 8, 7, Entity Framework)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in SharePoint projects as a developer or administrator, delivering SharePoint tools, reports, and workflows from scratch (Power Automate, MS Graph, Portals, web apps)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience working in row level security
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into development plans
  • English fluency (at least high B2), enough to work in an international environment
  • Proactivity, dynamism, and eagerness to learn new technical skills and find resourceful solutions to complex problems
