The Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Research and Development team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Advocating for quality and owning the QA process in the sprint to maintain the quality of our platform and timely software releases.
- Ensuring reliable, scalable software fit for purpose is delivered.
- Developing and extending our automation test packs to reduce manual testing.
- Proposing tools and processes to improve the effectiveness of the team and lower the risk associated with software delivery.
- Communicating effectively with Developers, Product, QA, and Support teams.
- Working with engineers and support to troubleshoot/triage issues found during testing.
