**Job Summary**
The PRM Platform Developer will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform within Dynatrace, ensuring service delivery and the required Partner business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PRM platform, ensuring it meets the Partner program requirements and is fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with the PRM provider and internal teams to guarantee correct usage of the platform and alignment with Dynatrace processes.
- Administer the platform, including user setup and maintenance, workflow automation, and content management.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance the platform's features and functionality.
- Define and establish reporting on site usage and business activity, and document processes to ensure maximum adoption of PRM module capabilities.
- Provide user education and promote core processes and capabilities of the platform.
**Requirements:**
- IT background with prior experience in PRM and front-end development.
- Business analysis skills to organize and execute projects that align with business workflow.
- Capacity to understand end-user problems and implement processes that simplify information management and collaboration.
- CRM skills, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- Visual design skills and creative thinking.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken).
