About the Role:

An indispensable component of Clipboard Health's marketplace is its healthcare facility customers. The Account Manager ensures the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard Health and its facility partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of clients' organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to facilities when issues arise, liaising with corporate level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of healthcare facility clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their continued satisfaction with Clipboard Health's services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives and providers, leveraging business acumen and clinical knowledge to build trust and credibility.
  3. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Clipboard Health's products to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, educating them on workflows and benefits.
  4. Capture feedback from prospects on their needs, wants, and pain points, sharing insights with product teams to inform development.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful trials and initiatives with existing customers, driving business growth and expansion.

Requirements for Success:

  1. Business Acumen: possess a deep understanding of business operations and clinical workflows, enabling effective partnership management and strategic decision-making.
  2. Communication Skills: excel in verbal and written communication, articulating complex ideas and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in a healthcare or business development capacity.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business growth.
  4. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or a related discipline.
