About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our Data Visualization and Analytics group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. The successful candidate will work on AI explainability, pushing the boundaries of data visualization in interactive applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop information and data visualizations for urban, industrial, and arts research lines.
  • Conduct research on visual approaches to AI explainability and collaborate with researchers and engineers.
  • Help write reports, deliverables, and research proposals to secure funding for future projects.
Requirements
  • PhD degree in Information Design or related fields.
  • Experience with designing interactive data visualizations and usability of data visualization interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of AI and advanced statistical models.
