About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting functions of the organization. Your expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance assessments to identify key drivers, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, working closely with department heads and senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
