About the Role

Air Products is seeking an experienced Grant Management and Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our funding function, you will play a key role in ensuring the organization's compliance with European and national laws, legislation, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage internal processes, risk management, control systems, and reporting tools to guarantee compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit reports to European Commission, Member States, and other stakeholders in accordance with funding requirements.
  • Monitor project cycles throughout their lifespan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between funding bodies, auditors, and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, Sales, and Marketing, to align project areas and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in funding management, particularly EU and national grants, and tax incentives.
  • Thorough understanding of the European, national, and regional funding landscape, including practical knowledge of funding programs and mechanisms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical, financial, and strategic areas.
  • Creative problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to navigate ambiguous and complex issues.
  • Goal-oriented with attention to detail, positive, flexible, proactive, and hands-on.
  • Strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships with stakeholders and establish trust.
