**Job Summary**

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and follow up on customer emails and phone calls.
  • Process and analyze customer data in SAP and ICON systems.
  • Administer service contracts, including activation, adaptation, transfer, prolongation, termination, and suspension.
  • Archive contracts in a digital platform and print and send welcome letters to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide basic level support in SAP/FI and medium level support in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and German.
  • Participate in on-call duties and work flexible hours as required.

**Requirements**

  • High level of English and German language proficiency.
  • Basic level and some experience in SAP/FI.
  • Medium level and some experience in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Flexibility to work 3 days of teleworking and adapt to changing business needs.
