Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Greek Localization QA Tester / Proofreader to join our team at Welocalize in Austin, Texas. As a Localization QA Tester / Proofreader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our clients' content in the Greek language.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of localization projects to identify bugs and errors
Verify the accuracy and quality of translated content
Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and implement fixes

Requirements:
Native-level fluency in Greek (grammar, vocabulary, composition, punctuation)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience working in translation and localization
Tech-savvy, with experience testing web-based systems and applications on Mac OS X and iOS
Ability to prioritize linguistic issues and distinguish between a true must-fix and a nice-to-have
Experience working with test cases and test scripts
Experience with bug-tracking systems
Ability to clearly articulate reproduction steps for a given issue and communicate critical information
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work with diverse teams
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong team ethic

What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $28
Flexible part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, within the 9 am to 5 pm time range
