We're seeking talented founders to join our next ventures. As a founder, you'll be at the helm, launching and leading your company. We'll invest in you and serve as your co-founding partners, providing strategic, financial, and operational support in key areas such as:
- Product Development

**Responsibilities**
As a Co-Founder, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing commercial, product, and growth strategies
- Building, leading, and motivating a strong team
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they meet desired results and align with the overall strategy and mission
- Analyzing complex situations and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
- Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry
- Building trust with key partners and stakeholders
- Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of taking ideas from concept to reality, with at least 5 years of experience in the tech/startup industry, including a management position
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish
- A proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, with the ability to find solutions to complex problems with limited resources
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
