About the Role

Amazon is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our EU5 team, responsible for driving effective marketing campaigns to increase business customer awareness of business relevant pricing and selection, and drive growth of category adoption and vertical tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute GTM Plans: Responsible for the development and execution of go-to-market plans for pricing and selection marketing initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with Retail Partner Teams: Work closely with Retail partner teams to ensure sourcing of business relevant selection for prioritized customer verticals.
  3. Drive Merchandising Experiments: Drive merchandising experiments and work with product owners to optimize customer experience around deals and events.
  4. Optimize CX, Merchandising, and Marketing: Optimize customer experience, merchandising, and marketing to drive discoverability of always-on deals, business pricing, and business relevant selection.
  5. Develop Customer-Centric Value Proposition: Work with Retail and Customer research to build a customer-centric value proposition and messaging when it comes to marketing to specific customer verticals.
  6. Own AB Gateway Bar Raising Program: Own the AB Gateway bar raising program.
  7. Develop Coop Process: Develop a coop process and work with Retail teams to develop attractive placements for top business brands to invest in additional visibility, while enhancing customer experience.
  8. Define Key Success Metrics: Define key success metrics, set the mechanisms for activity reports, report, and present key business results to Amazon Business leadership.
  9. Share Regional Learnings: Work closely with central teams to share regional learnings and optimize performance based on global best practices.
Requirements
  • At Least 4 Years of Experience: At least 4 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or product marketing.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience Building Cross-Functional Programs: Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Knowledge of Analytical Reporting Tools: Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Experience Using Data and Metrics: Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
