Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at MAHLE Smartbike Systems. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the e-mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities- Represent MAHLE at customer sites for technical and commercial discussions.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts for information and communication flow.
- Support project budgeting, activity tracking, and result analysis.
- Pursue new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Define product requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage product development activities within project teams.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers and strengthen contact networks.
- Act as Project Manager for PDP-projects with normal complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar senior engineer role.
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Understanding of the e-mobility industry.
- English language proficiency (C1 level).
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Negotiation skills qualification.
- Natural leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with reporting updates.
- Ability to establish collaborative relationships.
